Founder & CEO, Genthropic
I'm Shubham Chavan, Founder & CEO of Genthropic. We are an AI systems company engineering autonomous agent infrastructure that runs directly inside real business operations. Most AI software today relies on generic chatbot wrappers that hallucinate under pressure, but Genthropic builds production systems designed for complex enterprise workflows.
First is ModusBrain, an operational knowledge layer that compiles company SOPs, manuals, and domain knowledge into deterministic skills. I don't believe AI agents should operate on trust alone. Every skill ModusBrain compiles is versioned, testable, and confidence-gated: if an agent isn't certain, it stops and asks rather than guessing. That's the difference between a demo and something a business can actually run on.
Second is GenSparx, a multi-channel execution gateway connecting autonomous AI agents to the messaging networks companies use daily, including WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, and iMessage. GenSparx allows teams to deploy, monitor, and manage AI agent instances across client-facing channels with real-time audit trails and human-in-the-loop approval checkpoints.
Genthropic operates on a discipline of financial independence. We are self-funded through client revenue and high-ticket automation engineering services. By solving mission-critical operational challenges for paying businesses, our production deployments validate every architectural decision and directly bankroll our independent product research and development.
Building in public from Pune, India at 18, I maintain hands-on leadership across our core codebase, system architecture, and client partnerships. Right now: refining ModusBrain's skill-compilation pipeline, expanding GenSparx's channel support, and preparing Genthropic's Y Combinator application to construct the global execution engine for business automation.
